Privacy Statement

The State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER) recognises the importance of your privacy. SPER collects and holds information about you that is necessary to manage your fines under the State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999. SPER manages all information in accordance with the Queensland Government's Privacy Policy and at all times takes reasonable precautions to maintain the confidentiality of your information. SPER may disclose information to other Government agencies when required by legislation, investigating disputes, or for the purpose of determining the suitability for Fine Option Orders.
