Application for an Instalment Plan (PDF: 71Kb / 4 pages) 
If you have received an Enforcement Order and wish to pay by regular instalments,
you can contact the SPER Call Centre on 1300 365 635 and arrange an Instalment
Plan over the phone. If you would prefer to apply in writing, complete this
application form and post it to the Registrar, SPER, GPO Box 1387, Brisbane
Qld 4001 or fax it to SPER on (07) 3006 9090.
Direct Debit Request (PDF: 42Kb / 2 pages) 
You can arrange to have your regular payments automatically deducted from
your bank account or credit card. This can be authorised over the phone by calling the SPER call centre on 1300 365 635. Alternately,
you can complete this request and post it to the Registrar, SPER, GPO Box
1387, Brisbane Qld 4001 or fax it to SPER on (07) 3006 9090.
Application for a Fine Option Order (PDF: 52Kb / 2 pages) 
If you have received an Enforcement Order and cannot pay by any means including
an Instalment Plan, you may be eligible to have your fine converted to unpaid
community service by a fine option order. You can contact the SPER Call Centre
on 1300 365 635 and apply for a fine option order over the phone. If you would
prefer to apply in writing, complete this application form and post it to
the Registrar, SPER, GPO Box 1387, Brisbane Qld 4001 or fax it to SPER on
(07) 3006 9090.
