SPER Extranet
The SPER Extranet provides members with access to current SPER publications and the Fines Online System.

You must register as a member before you can use this service.

IMPORTANT: For information about Local Government Reform changes and SPER, please refer to your authorised Fines Online user. The SPER Extranet site contains important information for all AA's regarding upcoming changes to the SPER systems which will affect all Administering Authorities.


Demonstration Extranet
The Demo Extranet provides candidates with access to current SPER publications and the Demo Fines Online System.

You must register as a candidate before you can use this service.

Qualifying as a Member or Candidate
Access is limited to representatives of organisations authorised to use SPER for the enforcement of unpaid infringement notices, and representatives of similar fines enforcement organisations in Australia.

You must be prepared to provide evidence that you represent an eligible organisation through a written authorisation by your Chief Executive Officer or appropriate delegate.
