FCN Recipients
Section 75 of the State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999 allows the Registrar of SPER to issue a Fine Collection Notice (FCN) to redirect funds to SPER from a debtor for the payment of fines. A Fine Collection Notice can be issued to:
- Employers for the redirection of earnings
- Financial Institutions for the redirection of a debt and regular redirection from a financial institution account
- Third Parties for the redirection of a debt

You can advise the debtor to contact SPER should they have any queries or concerns using the contact details below.
