You will be asked to confirm your identity by our Client Service Officer
prior to any information regarding your fine is given. You will be asked to
confirm your Full name, Date of birth, Address, Phone number(s) and Driver
Licence number.
Contacting SPER in Person 
Payments, enquiries and applications can be made to SPER by visiting your nearest Magistrates Court or QGAP office.
Counter hours for Magistrates Court Offices are 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday.

A list of all Queensland Government Agent Program Offices (QGAP) is maintained on the Smart Service Queensland (Dept of Communities) web site.
If you wish to pay your Enforcement Order, Instalment Plan or any other Notice, you can make your payment at any Australia Post office (providing it contains the Australia Post symbol and barcode).
